To that end, we've time-limited some of our more valuable rewards to either 30 or 60 days from your sign up date. Below, you'll find information showing how long you have left to claim!

• Available once per Infigo platform.
• This reward does not expire and remains active once unlocked.
• Provides one additional storefront to the number of purchased storefronts detailed on your contract.
Academy Webinar Access
What It Includes:
• Invitations to live webinars hosted by Infigo experts and access to a growing library of recorded sessions covering everything from basics to advanced topics.
How It Benefits You:
• Enables real‑time learning with the opportunity to ask questions and interact directly with product specialists.
• Keeps you updated on new features and best practices in a dynamic, engaging format.
How/When It’s Unlocked:
• Unlocked immediately after you complete the Pre‑Training Tasks.
Terms & Conditions:
• Limited to one activation per user.
• No claim deadline—this reward does not expire. Once unlocked, you can register for any future webinar.
Release Notes Access
What It Includes:
• Instant access to the latest release notes, product updates, and new feature announcements so you’re always in the loop.
How It Benefits You:

Additional Module (2‑Months Free)

• Complimentary, full‑featured access to one premium add‑on module free for two months, letting you explore advanced functionality without extra cost.
How It Benefits You:
• Allows you to test out additional features risk‑free and see how they can enhance your business processes.
• Helps you decide if a long‑term integration of the module is right for your needs.
How/When It’s Unlocked:
• Unlocked upon completion of the Core Infigo Training Tasks.
• Contact your Customer Success Manager to discuss which module would be best for you!
Terms & Conditions:
• Available once per Infigo platform.
• This reward does not have a claim expiry
Additional Module (3‑Months Free)
What It Includes:
• Complimentary, full‑featured access to one premium add‑on module free for three months, letting you explore advanced functionality without extra cost.

Terms & Conditions:
• Available once per Infigo platform.
• This reward does not have a claim expiry
• Cannot be used on the same module as the 2-month module reward
£10/$10 Amazon Gift Card
What It Includes:
• A digital gift card valued at £10 or $10, delivered as a small but meaningful thank‑you for your progress.
How It Benefits You:
• Acts as a tangible token of appreciation to keep you motivated throughout your training.
• Provides a little extra perk that you can use for everyday purchases.
How/When It’s Unlocked:
• Unlocked upon completion of the Core Infigo Training Tasks.
Terms & Conditions:
• Limited to one gift card per user, up to a maximum of 5 per Infigo customer (company).
• Claim this reward by submitting the required form to the Infigo Academy team.
• Claimants must have completed all preceding tasks and quizes. Infigo may verify authenticity.
• Infigo reserve the right to deny any gift card claim it deems does not meet the requirements.
• Only one claim per person (multiple accounts created by one person not accepted).

"Open Hours" Session Access
What It Includes:
• Access to informal, drop‑in “Open Hours” sessions with our Infigo experts where you can ask questions, get troubleshooting tips, and discuss ideas.
How It Benefits You:
• Provides flexible, real‑time support in a relaxed setting.
• Encourages networking and community learning with peers and trainers.
How/When It’s Unlocked:
• Unlocked upon completion of the Follow On Tasks.
Terms & Conditions:
• Available with no expiry once unlocked, so you can join at your convenience.
• Sessios are open to all onboarded customers and are not exclusive to you. Multiple users from multiple Infigo customers may be present in a single session.
Storefront Audit
What It Includes:
• A comprehensive, one‑off audit of your storefront performed by Infigo specialists, complete with actionable insights and improvement recommendations.
How It Benefits You:
• Helps you fine‑tune your storefront for optimal performance, user experience, and design.
• Provides expert feedback that can drive tangible improvements.
How/When It’s Unlocked:
• Unlocked upon completion of the Follow On Tasks.
Terms & Conditions:
• Available as a one‑time service per platform.
• No expiry applies.
Free Basic Storefront Build
What It Includes:
• A complimentary basic B2B storefront build.
How It Benefits You:
• Offers practical, hands‑on support to jumpstart your project and ensure a professional setup.
• Saves you valuable time and resources by leveraging Infigo’s expertise.
How/When It’s Unlocked:
• Unlocked upon completion of the Follow On Tasks.
Terms & Conditions:
• Available as a single offer per Infigo platform.
• Must be claimed within 30 days of account creation.
• Claim this reward by submitting the required form to the Infigo Academy team.

What It Includes:
• Four free hours of expert product build assistance.

• Offers practical, hands‑on support to jumpstart your project and ensure a professional setup.
• Saves you valuable time and resources by leveraging Infigo’s expertise.
How/When It’s Unlocked:
• Unlocked upon completion of the Follow On Tasks.
Terms & Conditions:
• Available as a single offer per Infigo platform.
• Must be claimed within 60 days of account creation.
• Claim this reward by submitting the required form to the Infigo Academy team.
• Infigo reserve the right to deny any claim it deems does not meet the requirements.
• Claimants must have completed all preceding tasks and quizes. Infigo may verify authenticity.
• Depending on the complexity of the product(s) built, more than the awarded time may be required for completion. In this case, additional product build hours can be purchased or the product can be handed over to the Infigo customer.
£50/$50 Amazon Gift Card
What It Includes:
• A premium digital gift card valued at £50 or $50 to celebrate your full commitment and successful completion of your onboarding journey.
How It Benefits You:
• Serves as a substantial reward that acknowledges your dedication and hard work.
• Provides a generous token of appreciation as you graduate from onboarding.
How/When It’s Unlocked:
• Unlocked upon completion of the Follow On Tasks.
Terms & Conditions:
• Limited to one gift card per user, up to a maximum of 5 per Infigo customer (company).
