To remove the cost adjustment that is applied to product attributes is a simple switch.

This simply hides the value change. The calculation and price adjustment continues to happen in the background triggering the price to update automatically when a choice is made.

Configuration > Settings > Catalogue Settings

Untick the entry Show Price Adjustments
