Download a PDF Fixed via Pitstop Profiles

You can now download the processed PDF proof from Multipart products before adding them to the cart. If you enable the new "Allow download of corrected files" setting in the Multipart configuration, users will see a “Download fixed PDF file” button after any fix profile is applied, giving them the final corrected PDF (including combined PDFs for multi-part products). The new file name automatically appends the fix profile name, making it clear which corrections have been applied.

Downloading Files from the Work in Progress and Approval Pages

This feature enables users and approvers to quickly download files (such as PDFs, images, or spreadsheets) that were uploaded during the ordering process via file upload attributes. These can be accessed directly from the Work in Progress or Approval pages in the front end user account pages. It helps streamline order reviews, ensuring everyone involved can easily access the necessary documents without switching to separate admin tools.

Please note: This feature is unlikely to be enabled on your storefronts by default. If you don’t see a download option or need further guidance after following the guide below, please reach out to Infigo Support.

Support for WebP Images and Animations

We are pleased to announce that support for the WebP image format is now available across product and category images! WebP offers superior compression, delivering high-quality images at smaller file sizes, which helps speed up webpage load times.

Key Updates:

  • You can now upload WebP images directly through the file browser on product and category pages.
  • WebP images will be automatically converted to PNG for Job Tickets, Invoices, and Packaging Slips to ensure compatibility with these outputs.
  • Animated WebP images are supported and will display properly where used.

Product Pictures Tab Redesign

The Product Pictures page has been updated for better usability and image management. We’ve made several improvements to streamline the image upload process and enhance the user experience when managing images for products and attribute combinations.

Key Updates:

  • New Columns: The Product Pictures table now includes new columns for File SizeExtension, and MimeType to provide essential image details at a glance.
  • Add a New Picture Section: This section has been moved before the image table to improve organization.
  • Generate Product Picture Button: This button has been repositioned to the top right of the page, with added informational text for each product type to clarify its purpose.
  • Display Order Logic: Images added now follow a new display order logic that increments by 10 for each new image (e.g., 10, 20, 30, etc.), ensuring a consistent ordering system.

Product Image-Enhanced Static PDF Preview

We’ve introduced a new feature for static PDF products, allowing you to display both product images and PDF previews on the same product page. With the new setting "Show product images alongside preview," on the product's config, you can now upload product images and have them shown alongside the PDF preview content, offering a more complete and engaging product display.

This feature is available through the Static PDF product settings and can be enabled with just a few clicks.

Once enabled, the product images will appear below the PDF preview, ensuring a seamless view for customers.

Attribute Tooltip / Help Position

We have added a new toggle in Catalog Settings that lets you choose whether attribute tooltips display on the left or right side of their titles. For existing storefronts, the default remains on the right; for new storefronts, the toggle is turned on and positions tooltips on the left. Additionally, the tooltip’s font size is now consistent with your store’s default font, and overflow issues have been fixed to prevent text from being cut off.

To enable or disable the left-side tooltip, simply log into your Admin area, open Catalog Settings, and look for the “Display tooltip to the left of attribute name(s)” option. Switch it on or off, and then save your changes. Once enabled, all tooltips will appear to the left of their attribute titles, ensuring a cleaner layout and improved readability.

Global Additional Data UI Update

We've updated the Global Additional Data section to improve file management when dealing with large volumes of files. The previous folder and icon view has been supplemented with a more user-friendly Grid View. This update makes it easier to navigate and organize files, especially when filenames are long or contain special characters like parentheses.

Key Features:

  • Grid View: Files are now displayed in a grid layout, making it easier to manage and distinguish between large numbers of files.
  • Enhanced File Explorer: The new File Explorer supports filenames with special characters (e.g., parentheses), which was previously a limitation.
  • Improved File Management: You can create folders, upload files, rename, delete, and download files more efficiently.

These changes streamline workflows, particularly when managing large datasets, and improve overall usability for customers uploading and organizing files.

Stock Validation for Kits

We’ve added a new feature that ensures all items in a kit are in stock before adding the kit to the cart. If any item in the kit is out of stock, none of the items will be added to the cart, preventing partial kits from being purchased.

Previously, kits could be added to the cart even if some items were out of stock. This update ensures that only fully available kits are added, improving the shopping experience and avoiding checkout issues.

How to Enable:

  1. Go to the Kit Config page for your kit.
  2. Find the setting "Validate stock of all products involved."
  3. Toggle this setting to enable or disable the stock validation for the kit.

This feature ensures customers only add complete kits to the cart, improving inventory management and reducing checkout errors.

Streamlined Order and Payment Matching with Authorize.Net

We’ve introduced several updates to improve how you track and reconcile transactions between Infigo and Authorize.Net. Now, it’s easier than ever to link orders to their corresponding payment transactions, making your payment processing more efficient.

Key Updates:

  • Infigo Transaction ID Search: You can now filter orders by the Infigo Transaction ID, which helps you match transactions between Infigo and Authorize.Net.
  • Improved Export Files: The Infigo Transaction ID will be included in order exports (XML and Excel), making it easier to cross-reference transactions.
  • Enhanced Language Customization: You can now customize language strings like "Authorize.Net Invoice ID" for clarity in the user interface.

These updates are designed to streamline your workflow and simplify the reconciliation of payments.
