When contacting (submitting a support ticket here) the Support Team to query a product configuration, bug, etc. we will ask you for the Product ID. This is a unique ID or reference given to every product. It will only ever be used once per storefront and therefore allows the Support Team to quickly and easily find the product you're working on. 

 

 

You will see the above field in the ticket form "Product ID or URL" - to find this please either: 

1) log into admin, go to Catalogue > Products > Product Management. Search for the product you're working on, click Edit and then copy the URL, or, 

2) on the front end (the customer facing part of the website) go to the product page, and copy the URL. 

The unique Product ID will be in both. 

 

If you give us a product name, for example "business card" it can take us much longer to identify the right product. This could be because you have several products with similar names, or the name is ever so slightly different, for example "business cards". 

 

Please note - the ''Product ID'' can be a different value to the ''Product Variant ID'', so pay close attention to what URL you are taking an ID from:

''Product ID'' will end with /Admin/Product/Edit/''Product ID''

''Product Variant ID'' will end with /Admin/ProductVariant/Edit/''Product Variant ID''
