Overview
This article focuses on enabling and configuring a document upload feature for customers using the Purchase Order (PO) payment method in your Infigo storefront. By allowing users to attach files during checkout, you can streamline processes that require additional documentation such as invoices, authorization forms, or reference sheets.
By implementing a PO document upload, you can ensure all relevant information is collected up front, reducing follow-up requests and increasing the efficiency of your order workflows.
-
Easily enable the PO payment method and include a file upload option

-
Proof of Eligibility: Some businesses may require an eligibility document (e.g., a non-profit certificate, membership info) during checkout.
