We are Infigo
We are Infigo! A leading provider of personalised print and e-commerce solutions, successfully delivering an innovative web-to-print platform that is supported by a world-class team. Our fully configurable and scalable solution allows businesses in a wide range of industries, including printing, packaging and labelling, to create uniquely branded e-commerce storefronts with a powerful personalisation editor. We aim to simplify the entire ordering and fulfilment process, through partner integrations and automation.
Founded over 13 years ago by our current CEO, and with a team of dedicated staff, we are a well-established force in the web-to-print domain.
The Infigo Solution
Infigo’s software is an end-to-end web-to-print e-commerce solution. We proudly serve over 250 customers, who in turn manage well over 2000 live sites. Our software provides an unrivalled suite of features, capabilities and integrations suitable for maximising both b2b and b2c opportunities.
The Infigo software is perfectly suited to a wide variety of market sectors, covering a dizzying array of printed products, including packaging and labelling, commercial print, marketing collateral and small and large format printing. All are created uniquely and branded on e-commerce storefronts with a powerful personalisation editor. Infigo customers have had tremendous success offering far more bespoke and specialised products.
Personalised books, custom greeting cards, plastic cards, customised wallpaper, packaging labels and personalised clothing items make up a very small cross-section of the range of products created and hosted on Infigo platforms.
The Infigo software offers unrivalled scalability and flexibility, giving you the tools to explore different market verticals with a single platform.
The Infigo solution is a full end-to-end e-commerce platform. In addition to creating and hosting your product range, our system handles payments, order processing and integrates with a range of shipping providers.
We support a variety of different product types to suit any requirement.
A UI that keeps everyone in mind
Both the customer facing front-end and administrative back-end of Infigo are designed with their users in mind, made to be as intuitive and user-friendly as possible.
Our storefronts come with a clean, modern theme straight out of the box, ensuring you can get up and running with ease.
For companies without front-end developer resources, we provide our innovative Content Template functionality, allowing you to make beautiful, sleek and stylish storefronts without any interaction with the underlying code.
For companies in the lucky position of having front-end developer resource, the content of Infigo storefronts can be configured using in-built code editors. Savvy users can even create new Content Templates for their colleagues to utilise!
MegaEdit, our flagship product editor
At the core of Infigo’s product offering stands our versatile template designer capabilities. MegaEdit, our flagship product editor, gives you the opportunity to provide your customers with pre-designed and customisable product templates.
You are in full control of your customer’s customisation capabilities. For scenarios where strict templates need to be adhered to, such as with a business card, you can restrict a customer’s interaction to the basics of data input and selection.
For products affording a little more creative freedom, give your customers the ability to add, move, adjust and interact with pretty much every page element.
MegaEdit goes hand-in-hand with Invent, our plug-in for Adobe InDesign, allowing you create your product templates without leaving your favoured design package.
Stock Products
Infigo provides support for the bedrock of any e-commerce business, stock items. Akin to warehouse or pick-and-pack items, these products allow for fully detailed product landing pages and can include detailed selection attributes to guide customers to the product which fits their exact requirements.
Print-on-demand Products
Like a stock product in many ways, this type allows the storefront owner to upload their artwork to their Infigo site. Here, we are uploading a static piece of artwork, such as a welcome sign or a poster, with no requirement to change the design per customer.
Again, your users can be provided with a fully detailed landing page, where additional options can be configured for the product. Once selected, all they need to do is simply add the product to basket and check out.
Upload Products
For situations where your customers already have the artwork they’d like to print, Infigo’s Upload products offer the ability for your users to upload their own artwork, but still make crucial selections such as paper stock, finish or whatever additional attributes you would like to provide.
We also offer the ability to preflight uploaded files, using an Enfocus pitstop profile.
Checking Out
The ordering process is made simple within an Infigo storefront by using a single page checkout approach, aligning with most major online systems.
After users have added items to their baskets, they just hit checkout and the system will guide them through the input of their details, delivery choices and payment options.
Infigo provide access to multiple delivery methods, ranging from simple fixed rate systems and pay-on-delivery, to communication with external accounts such as FedEx or UPS.
We also offer a plugin with EasyPost, providing access to a vast quantity of couriers and live tracking capabilities.
You can enable payment on collection, credit card, PayPal, and other payment options. Additionally, customers can enter a purchase order number if they require an invoice in 30 or 60 days. Once the order is confirmed, a branded email will be sent to the customer with the details of the order and delivery.
Customers can view their order history, track their orders, and reorder easily. For B2B customers, there is an option to set up approvals and allocate budgets. You can set up the approval process and limit the monthly spend.
Orders under the hood
In the admin area, you can set up and manage orders. You can see all the orders that are coming into the system in the shared printer operations area. The orders will be color-coded based on their status.
Orders can be separated based on the types of products. Open the orders to view the order information, where the order is going, and the output file for production. There will be a job ticket and an XML data file.
We can provide a module called Infigo Connect Flow that will push an Excel data file out of Infigo into your MIS via our API. The customer will receive a shipped notification and their account section will also be updated.
Finally, there is a reporting engine in the admin area that gives you an overview of the platform. You can view best-selling products, customer activity, and other insights. It's visually pleasing, and you can create your own reports and send automatic reports to customers or team members.
The final word
Incredibly versatile and with a dizzying array of potential applications, Infigo is the complete web-to-print package used by businesses around the world for a wide range of products, including labels, packaging, print, apparel, personalized gifts, and much, much more.
We are forever pushing the boundaries of our field, proven by the introduction of our game-changing 3D preview module, which allows customers to see a realistic representation of what their product will look like before placing an order. This can be especially helpful for businesses that want to ensure that their products meet their customers' expectations, and it's just one of the many features that makes this tool so amazing for all printed products.
