Overview

In this article we will show you how to manage the available currencies on your storefront, and we'll walk you through how to add a currency selector to your header with Editable Content. 

How To 

In Admin, go to Configuration > Currencies. You will see a list of prepopulated currency options that you can use on your Infigo Storefront. 

You can easily change the default currency and add as many currency options as you like with the options above. 

After ticking "mark as primary exchange rate currency" you can amend the rate by clicking on Edit and setting a new custom rate here: 

Once you have made your changes, click Save in the top right corner of the screen.

Adding a Currency Selector to your Storefront 

Prices on your store will use the primary store currency (as set in Configuration > Currencies - see above), but if you have selected more than one currency, then you will want to add a drop-down option to your storefront so the end user can select which currency they want to use. 

In Admin, go to Content Management > Editable Content and in the first section (General) you'll see the Header content. Please click "Edit". 

Click the Gear/setting icon

On the Popup, Change the setting 'Show Language and Currency Selectors' to 'Currency' (or 'Both' if you also want a language selector to show)

Once you have done this please save your changes (top right corner of the screen). 

Now when you go to the Public Store (front end of the site), you will see a Currency dropdown menu under 'My Account'
