Q: What does the status 'Cleanup' mean?
A: The 'Cleanup' status is when the "Working folder cleared because the order has been completed or cancelled."
Basically, this means that the order is done (shipped, completed or cancelled) so the system is clearing away the 'working folder' (which is any folder used during the processing of this order). The folders are being cleared so no unnecessary data is stored longer than it has to, and to make sure there is enough space for any future orders.

Q: Can we all an "All" tab to SPO for all orders to be shown in one view?
A: No. The introduction of an ‘All’ tab is a large undertaking, due to the workflow components underneath. We have had discussions internally over the past 12 months to look at rewriting SPO with various different views, but this isn’t something we have planned into our development cycle currently.
Q: How do I add more product type tabs to the SPO view?
A: Go to Infigo Settings in Admin, and you'll see a list of all product types which you can enable / disable.
