General Enquiry

What is the Infigo Academy?

The Infigo Academy covers all areas of Infigo’s educational offering. This ranges from group webinars and 1-2-1 training, to educational emails and the Academy portal.

Your main interaction with the Infigo Academy will be during your initial onboarding process as a new Infigo customer, however you will have access to the Infigo Academy Portal (packed with will learning content) whenever you need it.

How do I request 1-2-1 training with an instructor?

Contact your Infigo Customer Success Manager, they will assess your needs and put you in contact with the appropriate person.

How does training with the Infigo Academy work?

Based on your situation, new Infigo customers will be referred to our Academy team by your Customer Success Manager or Project Manager.

Our Academy Manager will arrange a kick-off meeting to discuss your options.

 

In the majority of cases, new Infigo customers will follow this process for their core Infigo training.

There are however some exceptions. Our Academy Manager will discuss these with you if they apply to your business.

Academy Portal FAQ

What is the Academy Portal?

The Academy Portal (also sometimes referred to as our LMS or Learning Management System) is your primary learning resource for all things Infigo. It’s an online resource filled with video tutorials, step-by-step guides, webinars and much, much more.

How do I register for the Academy Portal?

Anyone can register for free! Simply go to our login page and use the registration form.

How do I log in to the Academy Portal?

Anyone can register for free! Simply go to our login page and use the registration form.

Once registered you will automatically be redirected.

If you already have an account, simply head to the login page and fill in your Username and Password.

Can I request Academy Portal accounts for my colleagues?

Your colleagues are free to register themselves for Infigo's Academy Portal. Simply head over to our login page.

I'm having issues with the Infigo Academy Portal, what do I do?

Please report out of date content by contacting the Academy team.

Alternatively, you can leave a comment on the tutorial that is out of date.We endeavour to update outdated content as soon as possible and will provide you with an intermediary resolution to your query.

How do I find content within the Infigo Academy Portal?

The Academy Portal includes powerful search capabilities. When using our Advanced Search, we’ll look through the transcripts of all of our video tutorials and return any relevant hits.

When do I contact Customer Support over the Infigo Academy?

Your main interaction with the Infigo Academy team will come during your initial onboarding process as a new Infigo customer.

During this onboarding period, most customers will have bi-weekly catch-up sessions with our Academy Manager to discuss any queries.

 

Our Customer Support team are there to help you with more specific or time sensitive queries that arise between these meetings. Are you having trouble setting up a specific feature? Are you experiencing an error? If so, Customer Support are there for you!

What are the "What's New" emails I keep receiving?

Our monthly “What’s New in Infigo” email aims to keep you ahead of the game, with all the latest information related to the Infigo deployments over the previous month.

Infigo release a new software deployment every 2 weeks. This means a rapidly developing software offering, and we want to make sure you know exactly what we’ve developed, improved or fixed.

Armed with this information, you can get the very best out of your Infigo platform.

What is the Academy Webinar series?

Each month, the Infigo Academy team hosts a 1-hour webinar focusing on a particular topic of interest (usually voted for by the attendees of the previous month’s webinar!)

We’ll take you through this topic, starting from the absolute basics.

Where possible, we’ll also provide you with additional resources and downloadable information, allowing you to review and practice using this content long after the webinar has concluded.
