Product Attributes | GT_PR_VAR_001

In this tutorial, we will learn about product attributes. Product Attributes allow you to specify options, add-ons, and features to products. Examples of Attributes within the web to print market include things like: Lamination, Product Colour, Bubble Wrap packing, Paper Stock, Allowing your users to Upload their artwork or media files etc. These can be specified to add cost to the product, or to flag up a feature to the printer once the order is placed.

00:00:13:07 - 00:00:13:14
In this

00:00:13:14 - 00:00:16:12
tutorial,
we'll learn about product attributes.

00:00:17:00 - 00:00:20:08
So product attributes
allow you to specify options, add

00:00:20:08 - 00:00:22:20
ons and features to your products.

00:00:23:09 - 00:00:26:12
Examples of product attributes
within the web print market

00:00:26:12 - 00:00:29:20
include things
like if you're including lamination.

00:00:30:12 - 00:00:32:20
If you want to change the product color,

00:00:32:20 - 00:00:36:21
if you want to include bubble
wrap, packaging, paper, stock,

00:00:37:21 - 00:00:41:11
or you can even go as far as
allowing users to upload their own artwork

00:00:41:19 - 00:00:45:04
or media files. For example,

00:00:45:04 - 00:00:46:21
these can be specified to add a cost

00:00:46:21 - 00:00:50:03
to the product
or to flag up a feature to the printer.

00:00:50:03 - 00:00:52:18
Once an order is placed

00:00:54:20 - 00:00:57:09
in this particular example
we'll go through today

00:00:57:09 - 00:01:01:14
we're going to define a color and the size
attribute on a clothing product,

00:01:01:14 - 00:01:02:22
which is on our storefront

00:01:02:22 - 00:01:06:13
and this is an example of a completed
version of what we're going to do today.

00:01:07:06 - 00:01:09:11
So we've got the clothing
products available

00:01:09:11 - 00:01:11:18
and you see we've got some attributes
available here.

00:01:12:02 - 00:01:15:15
One is controlling the size ones
controlling the colour,

00:01:16:06 - 00:01:20:04
and there's some additional settings
available in here as well.

00:01:20:16 - 00:01:23:06
So for example,
if I choose a particular colour,

00:01:23:06 - 00:01:27:01
it might have a price markup.

00:01:27:01 - 00:01:30:15
If I choose another colour, it might have
different size options available,

00:01:32:02 - 00:01:33:11
the price might change.

00:01:33:11 - 00:01:40:04
And you'll see, for example,
if I select certain configurations

00:01:40:04 - 00:01:44:03
of those attributes,
it will also change the image

00:01:45:00 - 00:01:47:11
associated with the product.

00:01:47:16 - 00:01:50:14
So we'll cover all this functionality
in this tutorial

00:01:50:19 - 00:01:53:20
and that should give you a good overview
of the attributes

00:01:53:20 - 00:02:02:06
functionality.

00:02:02:06 - 00:02:03:10
So what we've done to begin with,

00:02:03:10 - 00:02:06:03
and this is our storefront
we're going to be working on,

00:02:06:12 - 00:02:09:10
is we've created
a very basic stock product.

00:02:09:23 - 00:02:13:02
So this is our starting point
and all that's been defined in

00:02:13:02 - 00:02:17:04
this product is a product name
and we've applied an image to it as well.

00:02:17:04 - 00:02:19:06
Nothing else has been done at this stage

00:02:23:11 - 00:02:25:17
within the Infigo admin area.

00:02:26:02 - 00:02:28:16
We're going to start
by creating an attribute group.

00:02:29:12 - 00:02:34:04
So an attribute group is a selection
option which sits on a storefront level.

00:02:34:13 - 00:02:38:11
So like the size option
or the color option that we just saw

00:02:38:22 - 00:02:42:07
and can be applied to one product
or to multiple products,

00:02:42:16 - 00:02:45:07
or it can be applied
to a product group as well.

00:02:46:21 - 00:02:49:11
An example
of an attribute would be clothing size.

00:02:49:11 - 00:02:52:04
As we mentioned,
where the specification could be applied

00:02:52:04 - 00:02:57:18
to numerous items of clothing.

00:02:57:18 - 00:03:00:03
So we're going to start off
by going to catalog

00:03:01:10 - 00:03:05:15
attributes and product attributes.

00:03:05:15 - 00:03:09:13
And what you see here is a list
of all of the attributes

00:03:09:13 - 00:03:12:19
that we currently have assigned
on this particular storefront.

00:03:13:07 - 00:03:16:17
So from other products,

00:03:16:17 - 00:03:20:18
I've created two product attributes
which are language and product colour.

00:03:21:14 - 00:03:24:15
I'm going to create a new one here,

00:03:24:15 - 00:03:29:19
which is detailing the clothing size.

00:03:29:19 - 00:03:32:22
So if we go on add new,

00:03:33:06 - 00:03:36:00
that brings up the add new product
attributes page

00:03:36:11 - 00:03:37:20
or we can put in a few basic

00:03:37:20 - 00:03:42:21
details in here
which are basically descriptive details.

00:03:42:21 - 00:03:45:02
So what we're going to do
is put in a name.

00:03:45:11 - 00:03:48:23
So I'll put a clothing size.

00:03:48:23 - 00:03:52:06
So then we have a friendly name,
which is just a sort of more user friendly

00:03:52:06 - 00:03:55:18
version of the full name we've got here.

00:03:56:00 - 00:03:58:23
As this might not be quite
as straightforward as we've got written,

00:03:59:22 - 00:04:02:00
so I'll just put size

00:04:02:00 - 00:04:07:12
for that one.

00:04:07:12 - 00:04:10:22
Now we can add a description,
we can add some help text as well,

00:04:10:22 - 00:04:14:20
which is basically the equivalent of this
with a pop up here.

00:04:14:20 - 00:04:23:02
And then once I've finished,
I can click on Save.

00:04:23:02 - 00:04:26:04
Now, once we're at this stage,
we've created the attribute group.

00:04:26:18 - 00:04:30:00
We now have a choice
of whether we want to predefine

00:04:30:00 - 00:04:32:18
some values for this attribute.

00:04:32:18 - 00:04:36:23
Values being things like small, medium
and large for clothing size.

00:04:38:06 - 00:04:41:21
So pre defining
attribute values can save you time

00:04:41:21 - 00:04:45:08
if you plan to apply those attributes
to numerous product.

00:04:46:08 - 00:04:49:21
And it's also possible to define
any attribute values on a products

00:04:49:21 - 00:04:51:10
by product basis.

00:04:51:10 - 00:04:54:14
So for example,
if you don't want a predefined all of your

00:04:54:18 - 00:04:58:08
attribute values or it's going to change
product by product,

00:04:58:18 - 00:05:04:07
you can do it on a product's
basis rather than by pre defining

00:05:05:23 - 00:05:10:06
attribute values such as clothing size.

00:05:10:06 - 00:05:12:10
For this one,
we will predefined some values.

00:05:12:10 - 00:05:16:01
Just as an example, I'm going to start off
by going to catalog

00:05:17:11 - 00:05:20:05
attributes and then product

00:05:20:05 - 00:05:28:11
attribute values.

00:05:28:11 - 00:05:30:21
You'll see that all the attribute groups
that we've created

00:05:31:02 - 00:05:35:09
are listed on this page,
and then we can get to

00:05:35:09 - 00:05:38:11
some additional details
and assign some predefined values

00:05:38:11 - 00:05:43:16
by clicking on the plus icon
next to all relevant attributes.

00:05:43:16 - 00:05:50:05
And we can see a table
which will contain all predefined values.

00:05:50:05 - 00:05:51:07
So I'm going to go to ADD

00:05:52:23 - 00:05:54:17
and then we have some details in here.

00:05:54:17 - 00:05:59:03
So again, I've got a name
and friendly name, so I'll just put small.

00:05:59:03 - 00:06:06:07
My friendly name might be S as that
might be what appears on our storefront.

00:06:06:07 - 00:06:08:20
Now we do have some other critical options
in here as well.

00:06:08:20 - 00:06:14:08
If I scroll down a little bit.

00:06:14:08 - 00:06:18:22
So specific attributes may change
the weight or the cost of a product,

00:06:19:06 - 00:06:23:00
and that needs to be taken into account
upon the selection of the attributes.

00:06:23:16 - 00:06:26:15
So within this screen we can

00:06:26:15 - 00:06:29:07
define any price adjustments.

00:06:29:18 - 00:06:32:08
So you'll see in this section here
we have a price adjustment

00:06:33:12 - 00:06:37:05
and we can do that by an absolute value
or as a percentage

00:06:37:05 - 00:06:42:12
of the cost of the product.

00:06:42:12 - 00:06:44:04
We also have a weight adjustment

00:06:45:12 - 00:06:49:11
and dimensional adjustments.

00:06:49:11 - 00:06:52:16
So one thing to note, when you're filling
in these particular fields here,

00:06:53:02 - 00:06:57:06
the adjustment values are adding or
subtracting from the core product value.

00:06:57:17 - 00:07:00:19
So for example, if you've got a product
that's priced at £10,

00:07:01:04 - 00:07:04:02
then adding a price adjustment of two

00:07:05:07 - 00:07:18:15
will result in £12 product.

00:07:18:15 - 00:07:18:23
Okay.

00:07:18:23 - 00:07:24:22
And then once you've filled out
the relevant information, click on Save.

00:07:24:22 - 00:07:29:04
I'm going to create two more attributes
here to more attribute predefined values

00:07:29:04 - 00:07:50:05
for medium and large.

00:07:50:05 - 00:07:52:14
So there we can see
those three have been specified.

00:07:52:14 - 00:07:56:05
So we're now, now
whenever we use this attributes

00:07:56:17 - 00:07:59:02
on an item of clothing
or any of our products,

00:07:59:09 - 00:08:02:21
we will already have these values

00:08:02:21 - 00:08:07:13
predefined.

00:08:07:13 - 00:08:11:03
So next we're going to specify
our clothing size attributes

00:08:11:17 - 00:08:14:08
is to be used on our clothing product.

00:08:14:19 - 00:08:18:05
So we'll start by navigating
to the product, variant settings of that

00:08:18:05 - 00:08:19:01
particular product.

00:08:20:10 - 00:08:23:08
So if I go to our catalog

00:08:23:08 - 00:08:26:10
product management screen

00:08:26:18 - 00:08:28:22
and locate

00:08:29:12 - 00:08:36:04
that particular product,
we can get easy access to the product

00:08:36:04 - 00:08:39:13
variant settings by clicking on this
plus icon next to the product.

00:08:41:01 - 00:08:43:17
This table here is the product variant

00:08:43:17 - 00:08:46:05
and then I can go to edit over
on the right hand side,

00:08:46:15 - 00:08:50:03
sticking within the product variant table
to get to the product

00:08:50:03 - 00:09:00:03
variant settings.

00:09:00:03 - 00:09:04:18
Now the product variant tabs contain
quite a lot of pieces of information,

00:09:04:18 - 00:09:08:21
most of which are covered in
other tutorial videos in this particular

00:09:08:21 - 00:09:15:17
tutorial, we're going to be sticking
mainly to the Attributes tab.

00:09:15:17 - 00:09:16:19
So you'll see at the moment

00:09:16:19 - 00:09:20:02
we don't have any attributes
assigned to this particular product.

00:09:20:13 - 00:09:23:08
So I'm going to go to add new record.

00:09:23:08 - 00:09:26:03
I then get a list of all the attributes
that are available

00:09:26:12 - 00:09:28:03
and specified on our storefront

00:09:29:05 - 00:09:29:12
so I can

00:09:29:12 - 00:09:33:06
select one of those products,
a landing label that's what

00:09:33:06 - 00:09:37:22
the customer will see as a descriptor
for that particular attribute.

00:09:38:14 - 00:09:41:01
So if I go to our completed version
just to show you,

00:09:41:23 - 00:09:44:10
it's sort of this select colour
or select size

00:09:44:10 - 00:09:52:16
that I've written,

00:09:52:16 - 00:09:55:11
we can specify whether or not
this is a mandatory selection

00:09:57:04 - 00:09:59:15
and we can choose the control type,

00:10:00:02 - 00:10:03:01
so dropdown list or radio button list.

00:10:03:12 - 00:10:07:18
But then we can also go as far as a true
or false checkbox.

00:10:08:06 - 00:10:11:13
If you want to allow text
inputs, we've got a single line, text

00:10:11:13 - 00:10:17:09
box and a multi-line text box, date
picker file upload capability.

00:10:17:09 - 00:10:20:12
So if there's some additional artwork
that you need to obtain from the customer,

00:10:20:12 - 00:10:26:02
for example, what you select here
would depend on what you're trying to show

00:10:26:02 - 00:10:31:18
and in what format
you are trying to show it.

00:10:31:18 - 00:10:34:23
We will stick with a radio
button list for this one

00:10:36:19 - 00:10:37:05
and then I'll

00:10:37:05 - 00:10:41:11
click Insert.

00:10:41:11 - 00:10:46:06
And what you can see is that there's a new
section appeared here underneath values.

00:10:46:17 - 00:10:50:14
And these three values appeared automatic.

00:10:50:14 - 00:10:56:09
And these are the values
that we've predefined for this attribute.

00:10:56:09 - 00:10:58:14
However,
we can make additional changes to this.

00:10:58:23 - 00:11:03:07
So if we don't want one of the predefined
attributes on this product,

00:11:04:01 - 00:11:08:04
or if we want to add some additional,
we can do that by clicking on the view

00:11:08:05 - 00:11:10:07
slash edit value icon.

00:11:11:19 - 00:11:14:08
You'll see we've got our small, medium
and large options

00:11:14:19 - 00:11:17:15
and if we want to remove those, we can do

00:11:19:20 - 00:11:21:19
or we can add an additional one.

00:11:21:19 - 00:11:25:11
And if we add an additional value here,
it will just be on this product.

00:11:25:11 - 00:11:30:21
It will not be on the whole attribute
specification.

00:11:30:21 - 00:11:34:00
So I'm going to just create another one
for extra

00:11:34:00 - 00:11:56:13
large.

00:11:56:13 - 00:11:57:01
Okay?

00:11:57:01 - 00:12:02:04
I'm now going to go back to our product
variant settings and save those changes

00:12:02:04 - 00:12:09:09
that we've made.

00:12:09:09 - 00:12:11:13
Let's take a look
at that on our storefront.

00:12:11:13 - 00:12:16:15
So if I just refresh our product,
we'll now see

00:12:16:15 - 00:12:19:01
that our size selection is available.

00:12:19:01 - 00:12:22:06
There is radio buttons
and the text is being displayed.

00:12:22:13 - 00:12:34:02
Is that of the friendly name
that we specified?

00:12:34:02 - 00:12:34:13
Okay.

00:12:34:13 - 00:12:37:10
So we're now going to define a second
attribute group

00:12:38:04 - 00:12:41:20
and this will allow customers to select
the color of our clothing product.

00:12:42:07 - 00:12:45:02
And we'll set this up
in a slightly different way.

00:12:46:16 - 00:12:47:23
So we start off in the same way.

00:12:47:23 - 00:12:50:05
So if we go to

00:12:50:12 - 00:12:54:19
catalog attributes and product attributes,

00:12:55:11 - 00:12:58:04
I'm again
going to add a new product attributes.

00:12:59:17 - 00:13:02:00
This one's going to be clothing, color

00:13:10:23 - 00:13:12:22
and then save that.

00:13:12:22 - 00:13:16:15
Now on this one,
we're not going to predefined any values,

00:13:17:08 - 00:13:20:01
so we're going to jump straight
back to our product

00:13:23:11 - 00:13:26:13
so into the product management screen

00:13:26:13 - 00:13:29:07
and edit the product variant settings
for the products

00:13:29:07 - 00:13:30:11
of interest

00:13:35:19 - 00:13:36:20
over to the attributes

00:13:36:20 - 00:13:40:10
tab, add a new record.

00:13:42:02 - 00:13:43:13
And then fill in these options,

00:13:43:13 - 00:13:47:21
clothing, color, product, landing label.

00:13:48:12 - 00:13:50:12
So information for all storefront uses,

00:13:51:15 - 00:13:53:13
whether it's required.

00:13:53:22 - 00:13:56:09
So that's an appropriate control type

00:13:56:09 - 00:13:59:04
and insert.

00:13:59:04 - 00:13:59:23
And what you can see

00:13:59:23 - 00:14:03:19
is that when we've inserted this one,
there's no value set by default.

00:14:04:02 - 00:14:07:17
So we need to go into the value
screen and apply

00:14:07:17 - 00:14:12:13
some.

00:14:12:13 - 00:14:14:17
Okay.
So that's going to add some new values.

00:14:15:10 - 00:14:18:16
I'll start off with a red option

00:14:20:05 - 00:14:22:21
and remember that you can apply relevant
price adjustment

00:14:22:21 - 00:14:28:17
or waste weight adjustment values
for each attribute value on this screen.

00:14:28:17 - 00:14:32:19
So in our example,
we'll create three attribute values.

00:14:32:19 - 00:14:35:03
So we'll make red, black and white.

00:14:35:03 - 00:14:40:00
But we'll say
just for the purposes of this example,

00:14:40:09 - 00:14:43:07
that there is a price adjustment
for the red selection.

00:14:44:06 - 00:14:46:08
So if I'm creating my red

00:14:46:08 - 00:14:50:03
attribute value,
scrolling down on that same screen,

00:14:50:03 - 00:14:53:13
we get access to the price adjustment
and weight adjustment options.

00:14:54:01 - 00:14:58:01
And I'll just put a £2

00:14:59:03 - 00:15:00:11
markup

00:15:02:12 - 00:15:05:05
on that particular

00:15:05:05 - 00:15:06:10
selection

00:15:12:05 - 00:15:13:17
and then save.

00:15:14:06 - 00:15:17:07
And you can see it's registering
that price adjustment.

00:15:17:07 - 00:15:39:07
I'm going to add two other values
for white and black.

00:15:39:07 - 00:15:39:23
Okay.

00:15:40:06 - 00:15:48:20
And now we'll go back to the product
variable settings.

00:15:48:20 - 00:15:53:18
Save those changes and let's have
another look on the storefront.

00:15:53:18 - 00:15:54:06
So there you go.

00:15:54:06 - 00:15:57:19
You can see all colour has now
been applied as a dropdown option

00:15:58:02 - 00:16:07:20
and there's a markup applied
when Red is selected.

00:16:07:20 - 00:16:13:12
So what we're going to do
next is apply some attribute logic.

00:16:13:12 - 00:16:16:19
So attribute logic
allows administrators to define

00:16:17:02 - 00:16:22:21
which values of attribute B are available
when a value of attribute A is selected.

00:16:24:07 - 00:16:26:13
So basically in our example here,

00:16:26:23 - 00:16:31:13
if we have a certain color selected,
for example, then let's say only

00:16:31:22 - 00:16:34:14
certain sizes are currently in stock
and available

00:16:34:14 - 00:16:37:17
for selection.

00:16:37:17 - 00:16:38:20
So attribute logic

00:16:38:20 - 00:16:42:09
can only be applied to attributes
with different display order values

00:16:43:04 - 00:16:46:20
as well as controlling the order
in which things display on the storefront.

00:16:46:20 - 00:16:50:10
This also gives a kind of priority
to a certain attribute,

00:16:50:18 - 00:16:55:05
so it means you can relate
one of them to the other.

00:16:55:05 - 00:16:59:11
So I'm going to start off
by modifying our clothing

00:16:59:11 - 00:17:06:20
size, display order.

00:17:06:20 - 00:17:09:21
So if I just change the display order
to one

00:17:09:21 - 00:17:11:19
and update, that gives that one a lower

00:17:11:19 - 00:17:20:21
priority.

00:17:20:21 - 00:17:24:00
And next,
I'm going to click on the add logic button

00:17:24:09 - 00:17:28:17
next to clothing colour.

00:17:28:17 - 00:17:32:20
And what you can see if you click
Add Logic is there's a new section

00:17:32:20 - 00:17:37:02
of options that appear at the bottom of
the screen which allow you to

00:17:39:05 - 00:17:40:00
populate a

00:17:40:00 - 00:17:44:06
sentence, essentially
to give you really fine control over

00:17:44:06 - 00:17:48:18
what's available
for certain attribute selections.

00:17:48:18 - 00:17:51:20
So in this case,
let's say, for example, that

00:17:52:14 - 00:17:56:11
if somebody selects
a red clothing product,

00:17:56:20 - 00:17:59:09
then we're out of stock
for the extra large size.

00:18:00:02 - 00:18:03:09
Well, that's what that means, is
we sell an if clothing color.

00:18:03:09 - 00:18:09:11
So our clothing color attributes
is equal to red, then show clothing size.

00:18:09:11 - 00:18:11:21
So a second attribute

00:18:11:21 - 00:18:13:14
and then we just

00:18:13:17 - 00:18:16:17
select the items that are available

00:18:18:02 - 00:18:21:12
and then hit save.

00:18:21:12 - 00:18:25:21
Now when we start specifying logic,
we need to complete the process

00:18:25:21 - 00:18:26:21
essentially.

00:18:26:21 - 00:18:28:23
So what this means, if we view it here,

00:18:29:23 - 00:18:33:02
is so let me just save that
and view it on the storefront.

00:18:33:10 - 00:18:37:17
It means that only
this consideration is available.

00:18:37:17 - 00:18:38:14
So if I select

00:18:39:17 - 00:18:42:08
white or black as a clothing

00:18:42:08 - 00:18:45:09
color, then it's not going to show me
any sizing options.

00:18:46:05 - 00:18:48:22
That's not the case
if you don't have any logic available.

00:18:49:06 - 00:18:52:21
So if you don't have any logic defined,
everything will be visible.

00:18:53:10 - 00:18:56:15
But if you start defining logic,
you need to make sure that everything

00:18:56:23 - 00:18:59:07
has available logic.

00:18:59:17 - 00:19:02:20
So just to demonstrate what I mean here
we've got this sentence available.

00:19:03:19 - 00:19:07:05
So I'll refresh that.

00:19:07:05 - 00:19:10:04
So we've got red and we've got small,
medium and large available.

00:19:10:04 - 00:19:12:20
So extra large is no longer available.

00:19:13:22 - 00:19:16:15
But if I go to black or white,
we'll see that the size options

00:19:16:15 - 00:19:18:18
disappear completely.

00:19:18:18 - 00:19:22:10
So we need to add
two additional logic statements to control

00:19:23:11 - 00:19:30:16
the black and white color selections.

00:19:30:16 - 00:19:33:01
So I want all sizes
to be available for black

00:19:35:01 - 00:19:35:23
and the same

00:19:35:23 - 00:19:47:10
for white.

00:19:47:10 - 00:19:50:00
So now we should see if we refresh
that on the storefronts again.

00:19:51:09 - 00:19:54:20
Small, medium and large available for red,

00:19:54:20 - 00:20:00:18
an all sizes available for black
and for white.

00:20:00:18 - 00:20:05:07
Next, we're going to apply some attributes
combinations.

00:20:05:07 - 00:20:10:07
So attribute combinations are useful
when your manage inventory method

00:20:10:07 - 00:20:13:01
is set to track inventory
by product attributes.

00:20:13:13 - 00:20:17:11
So basically if you've got
let's use our clothing for an example.

00:20:17:11 - 00:20:20:12
If you've got small, medium
and large in different colors,

00:20:20:20 - 00:20:25:06
each one of those items will probably need
a separate inventory level.

00:20:25:19 - 00:20:27:12
So if you're approaching your storefront

00:20:27:12 - 00:20:30:04
in that way,
attribute combinations can be very useful.

00:20:31:10 - 00:20:35:00
The attribute combination will be used
when the attribute selection

00:20:35:01 - 00:20:38:00
in the product page match
some of the attributes

00:20:38:00 - 00:20:40:18
specified in the list of attribute
combinations.

00:20:41:16 - 00:20:43:22
Each attribute combination will have

00:20:43:22 - 00:20:48:00
a priority level
that will be used in case.

00:20:48:00 - 00:20:51:17
More than one combination
matches the same number of attributes

00:20:52:02 - 00:20:55:10
and values
for the current attribute selection.

00:20:56:05 - 00:20:58:03
So it basically allows you to prioritize

00:20:59:15 - 00:21:02:04
which combination

00:21:02:04 - 00:21:06:18
should be taken into account.

00:21:06:18 - 00:21:08:14
So let's simplify it down.

00:21:08:14 - 00:21:10:12
In this particular example,
we're going to apply

00:21:10:12 - 00:21:14:03
some attribute combinations
defining stock levels,

00:21:14:11 - 00:21:18:02
SKU code,
and we'll also change the product image

00:21:18:09 - 00:21:23:10
based on the combination
of selected attributes.

00:21:23:10 - 00:21:25:21
So we start off on our product
variant settings.

00:21:26:05 - 00:21:28:16
So far
we've been working on the Attributes tab.

00:21:29:05 - 00:21:37:01
We're now going to go across
to the attribute combinations.

00:21:37:01 - 00:21:39:09
We'll add a combination.

00:21:39:14 - 00:21:43:12
And what we get to begin with
is a fairly basic set of options.

00:21:43:19 - 00:21:48:07
So we get all combinations of attributes
which we need to select.

00:21:48:20 - 00:21:50:22
Then we can define a stock quantity.

00:21:51:10 - 00:21:54:17
We can define a SKU code
and we can define a priority.

00:21:55:22 - 00:21:59:00
So I'll say, for example,
we'll work with the small size

00:21:59:13 - 00:22:01:11
just to keep it nice and simple.

00:22:01:11 - 00:22:03:14
I'll start off
with the red colour selection.

00:22:05:09 - 00:22:07:22
I can define a stock level

00:22:07:23 - 00:22:11:03
a SKU code so an identifier for

00:22:13:15 - 00:22:15:09
that particular

00:22:16:19 - 00:22:17:18
product

00:22:19:17 - 00:22:23:17
and then add combination.

00:22:23:17 - 00:22:25:21
Now we also want to define
an image to this.

00:22:26:20 - 00:22:30:03
When we were initially defining
the combination, we didn't have access

00:22:30:03 - 00:22:31:21
to the image properties.

00:22:31:21 - 00:22:34:02
But if we go back to edits this now,

00:22:35:06 - 00:22:38:05
so now it's actually been saved
onto our configuration.

00:22:38:21 - 00:22:42:19
We have an additional tab available
which is allowing us to upload an image

00:22:43:02 - 00:22:49:06
for that particular combination.

00:22:49:06 - 00:22:50:20
Now this is a very simple interface.

00:22:50:20 - 00:22:53:05
Just upload a file,

00:22:53:05 - 00:22:55:20
select the image to load

00:22:56:01 - 00:22:59:16
and then add a product picture.

00:22:59:16 - 00:23:05:19
And what it means is that particular
configuration of attributes is selected.

00:23:06:04 - 00:23:13:19
This picture will be shown.

00:23:13:19 - 00:23:20:02
So back to the general tab and update.

00:23:20:02 - 00:23:25:03
So I'm going to do the same process
for the different colors of a product,

00:23:25:11 - 00:23:28:00
but we'll leave the size as small
just for simplicity.

00:23:28:17 - 00:23:33:18
So let's go.

00:23:33:18 - 00:23:34:03
Black

00:23:48:22 - 00:23:49:10
white.

00:23:59:03 - 00:24:02:00
Now, in reality, you're going to want
to create

00:24:02:00 - 00:24:04:17
a attribute combination entry

00:24:04:17 - 00:24:08:22
for every single variation
of your attribute selections.

00:24:09:14 - 00:24:13:09
Now, that could be just a few entries,
but it could end up

00:24:13:09 - 00:24:16:17
being quite a large amount of entries,
if that is the case.

00:24:17:01 - 00:24:21:16
You do have this ability down
at the bottom to export and import as CSV.

00:24:22:08 - 00:24:24:19
So this will give you a

00:24:25:16 - 00:24:30:04
format of Excel sheet or a CSV sheet

00:24:30:14 - 00:24:33:03
which you can populate
with the entries that you require

00:24:33:14 - 00:24:36:21
and then just directly import
back into Infigo.

00:24:36:21 - 00:24:39:00
And it will populate this table for you

00:24:39:03 - 00:24:46:23
instead of having
to do all of those manually.

00:24:46:23 - 00:24:50:05
So where, where we now
need to apply an image to those two so

00:24:51:14 - 00:24:54:18
same processes with the the red one

00:25:16:12 - 00:25:19:04
and we'll save those changes

00:25:19:22 - 00:25:24:14
and we'll take a look on our storefront.

00:25:24:14 - 00:25:29:02
So now if I have any of the colours
selected and then select one of my sizes,

00:25:29:15 - 00:25:39:09
the image should update related to that.
