Launchpad is our way of getting you moving quickly. We give you priority access to your CSM, Infigo Academy trainers and (if required) your Project Manager.
As part of your onboarding, you will be added to a private Microsoft Teams channel with key members of your Infigo team. Use this channel at the start of your Infigo journey to maximise your storefront build efficiency.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Your Infigo Launchpad channel will only be available for the first few weeks of your Infigo journey, so make sure to utilise it for maximum benefit! Your Customer Success Manager will confirm the date on which which channel will be closed down. At this time, you will revert to our standard Support and contact channels.
