Connect: CERM

Quick facts
Level: Advanced
Estimated time: 2 hours
Last updated: 31/3/2026

This learning path walks an Infigo admin through setting up and using Connect: CERM—an integration designed to let data flow between CERM and Infigo (including syncing entities, mapping, and enabling ordering/reordering workflows).

What you’ll learn

By the end of this learning path, a learner should be able to:

- Explain key CERM vs Infigo terminology so the rest of the integration settings make sense.

- Configure the Connect: CERM plugin settings and validate the connection.

- Sync core structures (departments/customers) and understand what is being created where.

- Perform and troubleshoot the “extra” configuration items that influence product setup and user UI access.

- Carry out manual mapping where needed (departments↔customers, customers↔contacts).

- Map Infigo products to CERM estimates to support live pricing / estimate-driven ordering.

- Place orders from the catalogue and work confidently with Estimates and Products in the workflow.

Who this is for

Best suited for:

- Infigo Admins / Implementation Consultants / Support teams implementing Connect: CERM
