You can now display the selected shipping address on the final checkout step, just before the customer places their order.
When enabled, the address appears in an expandable Additional details section on the confirm order page. This gives customers a clear view of where their order is being sent before they complete checkout.
What Was It Like Before?
Previously, customers selected their shipping address earlier in the checkout journey, but they did not see it again on the final place order step.
That meant there was less visibility at the point of confirmation, increasing the chance of mistakes going unnoticed until after the order had been placed.
Pre-Requisites
To use this feature, you’ll need:
- access to the Admin area
- a checkout flow that includes shipping
- products that require shipping
No additional template or design work is needed.
How to Set It Up
To enable this feature, go to:
Admin > Configuration > Settings > Order Settings
Find the setting:
Display shipping address on confirm page

Enable the setting and save your changes.
Once switched on, the selected shipping address will appear on the final confirm order page before checkout is completed.
What Customers Will See
When the setting is enabled, customers will see a collapsible Additional details section on the final checkout page.
Inside this section, the selected shipping address is displayed clearly. Depending on the address provided, this can include the customer’s name, company, street address, city, postcode, country, phone number, and email address.

Optional fields only appear when they contain data, which helps keep the layout clean and easy to read.
Tips
This feature is especially useful for stores where customers:
- choose from multiple saved addresses
- place orders on behalf of other people or departments
- use guest checkout
- need an extra confirmation step to reduce delivery mistakes
It’s a simple change, but it can make the checkout experience feel more transparent and reassuring.
Troubleshooting
If the shipping address is not showing on the final checkout page, first check that the setting is enabled in Order Settings.
If the feature is enabled but no address appears, confirm that the checkout flow includes a shipping step and that a valid shipping address has been selected.
If optional fields such as company, phone number, or email are missing, this may simply mean those values were not provided in the address.
Summary
This update adds a simple but valuable improvement to checkout by showing the selected shipping address just before the order is placed.
It helps customers confirm their details at the right moment, reduces the risk of delivery errors, and adds clarity to the final step of the order journey.
