What Office Hours is

Office Hours is a friendly, practical group Q&A session to help you get quick answers, learn best practices, and find the right Academy guidance to keep momentum.

What you can expect from us
  • We’ll run a fair, structured session and keep time for everyone.
  • We’ll aim to answer questions using Academy-first guidance wherever possible.
  • We’ll clearly confirm the next step for each question (answer, best resource, or handoff path).
  • After the session, we’ll share the recording and key links with registered attendees.
Session rules (fairness + flow)
  • This is a group session (not 1:1 training).
  • Questions are handled in a randomised order that will be shared in advance of the call.
  • 10-minute timebox per queued question. If we can’t land it inside the timebox, we may “park” follow-up to protect the queue.
  • Coverage is not guaranteed. If the queue is longer than the time available, we may not reach every question.
What to submit when booking (if you’re asking a question)

You agree to provide enough detail for us to help quickly, including:

  • One clear question
  • Your goal/outcome
  • Relevant context (where in the product/Academy this relates to, what you tried)
  • Optional supporting screenshots/links
What Office Hours covers (in scope)
  • How-to questions about using Infigo and navigating best practice workflows
  • “Which Academy guide should I follow?” direction and next-step clarity
  • Quick checks to confirm you’re on the right track
What Office Hours does not cover (out of scope)

To keep Office Hours scalable and fair, we won’t do live deep-dives into:

  • Defect investigation / troubleshooting (these must go through Support with evidence)
  • Bespoke implementation consulting or customer-specific build work
  • Subject-matter-expert-only requests outside Academy ownership
  • Full onboarding-by-call or long workshops

If your question falls into one of these areas, we’ll still help by pointing you to the correct next step (Support ticket, CSM/Implementation, or a separate coaching route where eligible).

Recording + privacy
  • Office Hours sessions are typically recorded for learning and follow-up.
  • By joining, you consent to being recorded, and for the recording to be shared in full with registered attendees.
  • Please avoid sharing sensitive, confidential, or personal data in the session.
  • If sensitive data is required, we’ll direct you to a safer channel (e.g., Support).
  • Where relevant, recordings may be uploaded to the Infigo Academy (with identifying information removed).
Conduct
  • Be respectful of other attendees and the queue
  • Stay focused on the question being handled
  • Join on time and be ready when it’s your turn
