Your guide to Infigo training
Learn the essentials quickly in the Academy, then use targeted help only when you are genuinely blocked.

Start this walkthrough before you leave this page. It shows where to find progress, Office Hours, 1:1 sessions, and your next lesson controls.
- See selected paths, completion progress, and your next lesson in one place.
- Book Office Hours and (when unlocked) 1:1 sessions in the same drawer.
- Use the walkthrough prompt to learn the layout quickly before selecting paths.
Choose the Core path that matches how your team uses Infigo, complete it, then move into the next specialist path.
We will highlight the Training Tracker, open it, and highlight Select New Learning Paths so you can choose your Core route.
- Open Training Tracker in the left drawer.
- Click Select New Learning Paths.
- Choose Core for iframe if Infigo is embedded, or Infigo Core for standard storefront/admin use.
- Save changes, complete that Core path, then continue with the next lesson flow.
1:1 sessions are for onboarding Infigo customers and are best used when you are genuinely blocked after following the path.
After Core, select additional paths based on what you need next (Product Build, Ecommerce, Integrations, Admin).
Use this to open the drawer and re-highlight Select New Learning Paths.
- Go to Training Tracker → Select New Learning Paths.
- Choose one path that matches your current objective.
- Save changes, then continue using Next lesson.
Start with tutorials first. If you are blocked, use the option that best matches your situation.
Office Hours (group Q&A)
Best for quick, targeted questions while you work through learning paths.
1:1 onboarding training
For onboarding Infigo customers only. Best used when you have tried the learning path and still cannot move forward.
Customer Support
If something is not working as expected (bugs/errors/access), Support is the fastest route to investigation and resolution.
Keep momentum
Select paths inside the Training Tracker, then use Next lesson to keep progressing.
