How Do I Self-Book my Infigo 1:1 Training Sessions?

Scheduling your live training with the Infigo Academy team is a quick, self-service process. Follow these steps to get your session on the calendar:


Step 1: Access the Training Sidebar

From your Infigo Academy dashboard, locate the sidebar icon (the red icon with the dumbbell/connector symbol) on the left-hand side of your screen. Click this to open your training overview.


Step 2: Unlock and Initiate Booking

Once the sidebar is open, look for the section titled "Book a 1-to-1 training session." If you have completed the Infigo Core pathway, this section will be marked as "Unlocked." Click the Book a 1:1 Session button to begin.

Step 3: Choose Your Trainer

The booking page will open. On the left side, under "Choose your trainer," select the team member you would like to work with (e.g., Sam or Harper). Their available calendar will then load on the right.


Step 4: Select a Date and Time

Navigate the calendar to find a date that works for you.

  • Pick a Date: Select the day on the calendar (e.g., March 31st).

  • Pick a Time: A list of available time slots will appear to the right. Click on your preferred time.


Step 5: Enter Your Details

Fill out the booking form with the following information so your trainer can prepare effectively:

  • Name and Email: Confirm your contact details. (you can also add guests via the Add Guests button)

  • Goal: Provide a detailed description of what you are trying to achieve (e.g., "Setting up quantity-based pricing").

  • LMS Context: Note why the existing Academy content wasn't enough to solve the blocker.

  • Storefront URL: Provide the link to the specific site you are working on.

  • Outcome: Check the box that best describes what you want to leave the call with.


Step 6: Agreement and Confirmation

Review the terms at the bottom of the form. Check the Agreement box to confirm you understand the session's scope, then click the red Schedule Event button.

Step 7: Booking Success

You will be directed to a "You are scheduled" confirmation page. This confirms that a calendar invitation has been sent to your email address.


Step 8: View on Your Calendar

The session will now appear on your Infigo Academy calendar (and your personal email calendar). You can click the event at any time to see the meeting link, description, or to Edit/Delete the booking if your schedule changes.
