As administrators,
you are able to configure calendars

00:00:10:21 - 00:00:14:16
allowing you to assign days
where you are not able to perform either

00:00:14:16 - 00:00:16:29
production or delivery activities.

00:00:17:21 - 00:00:20:01
This could be, for example,
public holidays

00:00:20:08 - 00:00:22:16
or when your equipment is offline
for maintenance.

00:00:23:14 - 00:00:27:29
Calendars can be assigned to production
restrictions or delivery restriction

00:00:27:29 - 00:00:31:29
configurations,
ensuring that they take the configured

00:00:31:29 - 00:00:35:00
calendar days into account
when calculating

00:00:35:00 - 00:00:38:07
necessary dates.

00:00:39:17 - 00:00:41:10
So these are really easy to specify.

00:00:41:10 - 00:00:44:07
The first thing we are going to do
is navigate to manage

00:00:44:09 - 00:00:46:28
calendars.

00:00:49:01 - 00:00:49:28
You can see I've already got

00:00:49:28 - 00:00:53:16
a couple of calendars
specified here to create a new one.

00:00:53:16 - 00:00:56:22
I'm just going to go to add new record
over on the right hand side

00:00:57:16 - 00:01:00:27
and give my calendar and you'll see that
we can have multiple calendars

00:01:00:27 - 00:01:04:28
available.

00:01:04:28 - 00:01:08:07
Then click on configuration.

00:01:12:00 - 00:01:14:27
So here
you're presented with a calendar screen

00:01:14:27 - 00:01:17:01
which shows months and days,

00:01:17:12 - 00:01:19:15
and you can see you can switch
between the different years.

00:01:19:15 - 00:01:23:29
For example, scroll between them
so you can select

00:01:23:29 - 00:01:27:10
whichever
configuration of dates that you like.

00:01:27:25 - 00:01:31:24
From here, you're able to mark the days
you would like to designate as non

00:01:31:24 - 00:01:37:06
execution days on the calendar screen,
which appear simply as clicking the days.

00:01:37:25 - 00:01:41:16
So for example, if we say that
for the purposes of this calendar,

00:01:41:16 - 00:01:45:04
we have a shut down around
about the 4th of July.

00:01:45:04 - 00:01:48:10
So do those three days
around the 4th of July.

00:01:49:06 - 00:01:52:16
You'll see that we then have these boxes
appearing at the bottom,

00:01:52:24 - 00:01:55:16
which allows us to give a name
to that particular day.

00:01:56:21 - 00:02:02:23
So, for example, the 4th of July,
I might put an Independence Day,

00:02:02:23 - 00:02:06:22
and you can specify whether one
or all of those dates is recurring.

00:02:06:22 - 00:02:16:24
So whether or not it appears year
after year, and that's basically it.

00:02:16:24 - 00:02:18:27
Once you've configured
those particular dates,

00:02:18:27 - 00:02:22:27
you can do as many or as few dates
on each calendar as you like.

00:02:23:23 - 00:02:26:16
And then just click Save.

00:02:26:17 - 00:02:30:22
Now what we'll do in other tutorials
is to actually assign these calendars

00:02:31:00 - 00:02:33:22
to production restrictions and delivery

00:02:33:22 - 00:02:37:17
restrictions.
