Customers can customise their order names to make saving, re-ordering, and referencing jobs much quicker and easier 😊
Enable Custom Order Names
Go to:
Configuration → Settings → Product and Editor Settings → Infigo Settings
Then enable:
✅ Allow Editing Infigo Order Product Name
(This setting is roughly halfway down the page.)
Click Save once enabled.
What the Customer Will See
Once enabled, end users will see an Edit button on the order line in the basket/cart.
Clicking this button allows them to enter their own custom name for the job/order 😊
Show Custom Names in Admin
You can also enable:
✅ Admin show customName instead of product name
This will display the custom order name instead of the original product name in Admin areas such as:
- SPO
- Order Management
- Other admin order views
Make Custom Names Mandatory
If required, you can also enable:
✅ Custom names are mandatory
This forces users to enter a custom order name before they can continue.
