Connect: Veracore
A focused implementation pathway for configuring Infigo’s Connect: Veracore integration end-to-end: initial plugin setup (credentials + connection check), product syncing into Infigo, mirroring Veracore category hierarchy, importing customers (via Veracore exports where API wasn’t available), mapping shipping methods/freight codes, and finally pushing “shipped” updates (including tracking + delivery method) back into Infigo.

- Sync Veracore products into Infigo, then organise them to reflect Veracore’s catalogue structure (categories/sub-categories).
- Import customers from Veracore into Infigo using Veracore export files, including handling department/access considerations.
- Map Infigo delivery methods to Veracore freight codes (translation layer) and apply related mapping settings cleanly.
- Enable shipped-status updates flowing back into Infigo with delivery method + tracking data.
