Book One or More Regular Check-Ins with your CSM

To get the most out of your partnership with Infigo, we recommend booking regular check-in meetings with your Customer Success Manager (CSM).

These meetings are a great opportunity to:

  • Review your platform progress and how things are going so far

  • Raise any questions or challenges you’re facing

  • Explore upcoming priorities or initiatives

  • Get guidance on best practices or available resources

  • Share feedback and align on goals

Your CSM is here to support your strategic success with Infigo, so these conversations help ensure we're working together effectively as your needs evolve.

The frequency of these check ins can be discussed with your CSM, however at this early stage, we recommend weekly meetings. Once you’ve arranged one or more check-ins with your CSM, go ahead and mark this task as complete.
