Link Your Email System to Your Infigo Platform

Before you go live, it’s essential to replace your Infigomail temporary account with your own email system. This ensures your transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping notices, password resets, etc.) are sent from your brand domain—improving deliverability, professionalism, and customer trust.

  1. Why Link Your Own Email?

    • Brand Consistency: Emails will come from your domain (e.g. you@yourdomain.com) instead of a generic @infigomail address.

    • Deliverability & Reputation: Using your verified SMTP or API credentials reduces the chance of your emails landing in spam folders.

  2. Gather Your Email Credentials
    Depending on your provider, you’ll need:

    • SMTP server name (e.g. smtp.yourdomain.com)
