0:00 Hi, welcome to the Infigo Academy. In this video, we'll be walking you through how to apply the general settings to your infigo storefront.
0:09 First, ensure you've navigated your way to the general settings page on the platform. As you can see on the general settings page, we have six main tabs.
0:19 Storefront information, security settings, localization settings, Google tag manager settings, dashboard and CSP headers and overrides. Under the Storefront Information tab, you can enter a custom storefront name and a storefront URL, which is the URL that customers would use to access your storefront
0:44 . You can also temporarily close the storefront, which will display a maintenance page on the front end when a customer attempts to access it.
0:51 You can edit the contents of the maintenance page within the editable content section. You also have the ability to hide all pricing on the storefront, which will remove all pricing values from the storefront UI, but the products will remain.
1:15 If you enable this setting, another setting will appear on the UI called Hide Add to Basket button whilst prices are hidden, which will remove the Add to Basket button for all products on the storefront if you have pricing hidden too.
1:28 In this storefront address section, you can add a default storefront address. Below the address form, you have the ability to enable the storefront cookie banner and the chameleon feature.
1:49 In the next tab, localisation settings, this area allows you to set up the localisation behaviour and set date, time and default storefront time zones.
2:00 The language selection as button setting allows you to transform the language drop-down into language buttons instead. By default, the system will always display languages in a drop-down format.
2:11 Next, we have the option called SEO Friendly URLs with multiple languages enabled setting. When this is turned on, Infigure will include the language code in the page URL for each translated version of your storefront.
2:26 Then we have date and time formats. This will just change the way that date and time displays in things like order information.
2:33 And then we have default stored time zone, which you can change based on where you currently are in the world.
2:51 And that's all for this video, see you in the next one.
