Move USPS from Web Tools APIs to USPS Apis Developer Portal BY January 25th, 2026.

USPS is phasing out its legacy Web Tools APIs and has introduced a modern USPS APIs Developer Portal. The new platform offers enhanced features, including RESTful, HTTP-based APIs, OAuth 2.0 authentication, interactive documentation, and testing environments. To ensure uninterrupted service and leverage these improvements, it's essential to migrate our integrations to the new USPS APIs promptly

Instructions:

1) Following this link https://developers.usps.com/getting-started

2) Login to the account https://cop.usps.com/

3) Go to Apps

4) Switch the tab to "Developer Apps"

5) Click the "Add app" button. If missing, we should have a call with the client, might be a BUG from USPS side

6) Create the app

7) Copy the key and secret

8) Go to Infigo website, on the USPS configuration page

9) Switch the API Version from Legacy to "OAUTH" and put the Consumer Key and Consumer Secret, that you received above.

NOTE: This step will be available from Monday 19/3/26. We highly recommend creating the APP on the USPS website to get the new credentials prior to this release. From Monday, they can be input into the system to cause minimal disruption.
