End users toggle grid visibility in the editor toolbar, with preference saved between sessions.EnvironmentAccess the Product Options menu from within the MegaEdit interface, when viewing a MegaEdit product as an administrator.ResolutionIn Admin, navigate to Products and launch the MegaEdit product you want to configure. Go to Menu > Product Options and open the Editor section. In the Configurable Grid group, enable Enable configurable grid. Set Grid anchor to Top left or Centre to define where the grid origin is placed on the canvas. Set Grid unit to the measurement you want to use: Points, Inch, Millimeter, % canvas incl. bleed, or % canvas excl. bleed. Set Grid cell width and Grid cell height in the chosen unit. Set Grid snap distance — the distance within which objects snap to the nearest grid line. Set Grid line color as a hex value (e.g. #cccccc), Grid line weight in points, and Grid line style (Solid, Dashed, Dotted, Long dash, or Dash dot). Enable Show grid by default to end users if you want the grid visible when customers first open the editor. Save the product options.VerificationOpen the MegaEdit editor for the configured product and confirm the grid overlay is visible and renders correctly according to the cell size and appearance settings. Toggle the grid button in the toolbar to hide and show the grid.
