Connect: Switch
This pathway teaches you how to integrate Infigo with Enfocus Switch using the Infigo Connect app, covering what the integration is, how to enable/configure it in Infigo Admin and Switch (Polling, Webhooks, Status Updates), and how to interpret the metadata payloads you’ll receive for automation and downstream workflow decisions.
What you’ll learn
By the end, you should be able to:
- Install and place the Infigo Connect element in an Enfocus Switch flow, and connect it to an Infigo storefront.
- Enable and configure Connect: Switch inside Infigo Admin, including the linking information needed by Switch.
- Choose and configure the right operating mode for your environment (polling, webhooks or status updates)
- Understand the metadata structures returned by Infigo Connect so you can map/order/route work reliably in automation.

Prerequisites
- Completion of the Infigo Core learning pathway to gain a fundamental understanding of core Infigo usage.
- Admin access to Infigo Admin storefront or patform
- A working Enfocus Switch environment and basic familiarity with building flows and configuring app elements
- Basic understanding of polling vs webhooks.
