Where to find Content Templates

You'll find Content Templates in your admin under Content Management > Content Templates. Click Add new to create one.

You need a permission to manage Content Templates. If you can't see the menu, send an enablement request to Infigo customer support.

Making a template available to use

A new content templateFunctionality provided by Infigo allowing you to create and format site content without directly interacting with HTML. won't appear for selection straight away. Here's what to do:

  • Save the template first. The fields and the Settings tab only become available after the first save.
  • Make sure Enabled is ticked on the General tab.
  • On the Settings tab, tick each Infigo area where you want the template offered, such as Content Page, Product, Category, Blog Post, News Article, Editable Content or Email Message TemplateThe area allowing you to customise the format and content of all emails send from an Infigo Storefront.

A template only shows up in an area's template list when it's enabled and that area is ticked. If nothing is available for an area, the content template editor option won't be offered there at all.
