Q: Why does the Veracore Plugin change the product published status

A: Essentially, the reason your products are republishing when Veracore syncs is due to the "is offer active" setting in Veracore. You will need to remove it in Veracore or set it to inactive in Veracore.

A way around this is to hide products from search and place the product in an unpublished category.

Then in each product, set the ‘Available from’ date on the Product Variant for each of the offers you do not want to be published immediately.

You'd set a date in the future when you / your customer would like them to be launched.

The sync should not overwrite this setting.
