SEO
Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) is crucial to getting your site ranking high on Google and other search engines.
The Infigo software includes a range of capabilities for boosting those rankings, including the specification of product specific metadata or much more generalised SEO settings.
In this section, we'll take a look at some of those capabilities.
Types of Attribute in Infigo
You may see the word "Attribute" appearing in numerous places around Infigo, and not always in exactly the same context.
Infigo have several types of Attribute in our software, all with slightly different purposes and functionality. This ranges from the frequently used Product Attributes, allowing you to place data selections/inputs on your Product pages, to Checkout Attributes, which allow customers to enter information on the basket screen.
Lesser Used Product Types
Infigo has a wide range of available Product types. Many of these you will be familiar with, such as Stock, Static PDF or MegaEdit.
Some of our available Product types are for much more niche scenarios and are often overlooked. In this section, we take a look at some of these lesser used Product types.
Stock Limits
This functionality allows us to place limits on the quantity of product able to be purchased by an individual or a group of users. This is controlled in conjunction with the Access Permissions functionality and utilises Scopes, Targets and Rules.
Shipping and Production Restrictions
These features primarily allow you to allocate an amount of time it takes to produce and ship a product. It can be used in features such as a delivery countdown on a product landing page or displaying to a user when their order is expected to be delivered.
