In the first tutorial of the Order Management mini-series, we'll take a look at the sort of things you should configure in Infigo in order to give your customers a seamless order experience.
This is by no means an exhaustive list, but will point you towards features (and additional Infigo Academy resources) that you should consider implementing into your Storefronts.
It's important to provide your users with a range of payment options, if applicable to your Storefronts.
By default, you'll have Purchase Orders available to your users. However, Infigo offers a wide range of additional payment options, along with third part integrations to payment providers. This ensures you can cater to all of your customers and their preferred methods.

As with payment, it's important to tailor your delivery options to suit both you and your customers.
Infigo provide a couple of in-built options to get you started, such as Fixed Rate Shipping and Shipping by Weight.
When you're ready for something more advanced, Infigo offer a wide range of third party integrations, allowing you to seamlessly connect your Infigo checkout with big name providers such as FedEx. In addition, we have a game-changing integration with EasyPost, giving you easy access to a vast array of delivery providers.

As a side note, you can also consider configuring production and delivery restrictions. These allow you to automatically formulate expected delivery dates based on a range of factors.

Give your customers easy access to all available addresses using the Address Books functionality.
This functionality allows you to easily predefine a vast quantity of addresses and then control which users (or groups of users) can access each Address Book.
Give your customers a seamless checkout experience where applicable addresses are ready and waiting for them.

Any email sent by the Infigo system, either to your customers or your admin team, can be fully configured and customised.
By default, only a limited selection of emails are activated on your Storefront, covering emails being triggered at the most critical points.
Infigo provides templates for emails covering pretty much any noteworthy event on your Storefronts. These can be activated as desired, meaning from that point on an email will be sent whenever that action is hit.
What's more, each email template can be fully customised using our Content Template functionality. Meaning, if you wish to do so, you can curate beautifully designed templates to be sent to your customers, whilst keeping the emails to your team as short, to the point and with just the information they need.

Consider customising these settings to provide the basket experience of choice to your customers. This screen contains a vast array of settings associated with the functionality of the basket screen.
Consider customising these settings to provide the ordering experience of choice to your customers. This screen contains a vast array of settings associated with the functionality of the checkout process and ordering in general.
The Appearance Settings screen provides you with the ability to change the overall style of your basket and checkout pages. In addition, this screen allows you to control brand colours and many other general visual elements of your storefront.
Should you wish to modify any visual elements of your basket or checkout process, even those elements which aren't modifiable in the provided settings, the CSS Override section can be used to modify the CSS of any part of your site.
