Dynamic Products (MegaEdit)

Quick facts

MegaEdit is Infigo’s flagship, browser-based editor for building and selling personalised products. Anything from customisable business cards to flexible packaging can be handled with MegaEdit products. Admins/template builders configure the template and rules; end-users then personalise it (text, images, layouts, etc.) and place an order.

When you’d typically use MegaEdit: whenever you want controlled personalisation (locked-down brand templates, editable fields, galleries/clipart, previews, batch updates, barcodes, and so on).

This pathway walks an admin/template builder through creating a MegaEdit (dynamic) product and configuring the core building blocks (Canvas, Stock, Output Type), then moves into MegaEdit product settings, the editor UI, and template capabilities (image/text fields, clipart, masks, placeholders, colours, fonts, backgrounds, layouts), finishing with batch data and barcode workflows.

What you’ll learn

After completing this pathway, a learner should be able to:

- Decide when MegaEdit is the right tool.

- Build a functioning MegaEdit product by configuring the core components (Canvas, Stock, Output Type) and key product properties.

- Configure the editor experience: understand the interface, brand the UI, and control end-user capabilities using image/text fields and resources.

- Implement richer template behaviour (masks, placeholders, colours, fonts, backgrounds, layouts) and support higher-volume use cases (batch data + barcodes).

Who this is for

Intended for Infigo Admin users / storefront managers / template builders who need to create and maintain dynamic, personalised products (and anyone responsible for the end-user editor experience and print-ready outputs).

Prerequisites

- Infigo Core learning pathway should be completed prior to beginning this pathway.

- Basic Infigo admin navigation + product setup confidence (create/edit products, categories, pricing basics).
